About Covey Rise Properties
Covey Rise Properties is a brokerage focused on land, farms, and estates throughout Middle Tennessee. Our content highlights landscape, lifestyle, and legacy. We are seeking a hands-on Creative Director who can shoot, edit, and publish cinematic property and lifestyle content that reflects our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual style and creative direction for all photo, video, and social content.
- Plan, shoot, and edit cinematic property tours, land and farm visuals, lifestyle content, and agent features.
- Capture high-quality listing photos: interiors, exteriors, land, water, timber, wildlife habitat, and improvements.
- Produce polished videos for YouTube, website, and social media (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.).
- Develop and manage a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Optimize content for engagement and lead generation; track performance and refine strategy.
- Coordinate with owner/agents to schedule shoots and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Director, Videographer, or Content Creator (real estate, land, outdoor, or lifestyle preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating videography, photography, and editing skills.
- Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, basic lighting and audio.
- Drone experience and FAA Part 107 certification.
- Advanced video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Photo editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop or similar).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube best practices.
- Comfortable working on rural properties and in the field; strong eye for landscape and lifestyle storytelling.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with land/farm or recreational real estate.
- Basic motion graphics (titles, simple maps, overlays)
