McKenna Botsford

With years of experience in investment Real Estate and home renovations, McKenna sees potential with every property she steps into. McKenna has successfully blended all of her education, experience and passion into one goal… helping people find, purchase and develop their property to its greatest potential. After graduating college she partnered up with her mom and founded their home renovation business. Focusing on homes that are nestled on unique plots of land in the surrounding areas of Franklin, allowed them to venture into the land development side of real estate. McKenna’s love for land, farms, equestrian, and estate properties stems from lifelong exposure to real estate with her dad being a construction lender and her mom being an architect. She has been immersed in real estate her entire life and has acquired the knowledge necessary to best serve her clients in all areas of real estate.

She can hold her own with the best in negotiations and her expertise extends beyond just land and farms - she’s a force in the luxury home market too. Alongside her sales achievements, McKenna also leads marketing efforts, manages client relations, and coordinates Covey Rise Events. She believes in building relationships that last far beyond the buying/selling process. Her background and expertise in Marketing allows her to have a creative approach when listing properties that results in successful exposure and maximum profit closings for her clients. The most rewarding part of her job is getting to be a part in her clients’ search, whether they are looking for land to build their dream home, an investment property, or a move-in ready residence, she takes pride in giving her all to best protect and guide her clients.

In her spare time, McKenna is on her farm in Thompson’s Station with her animals, tending to her garden, or finding new trails to hike with her husband and their Australian Shepherd.
